Heather Quay3 September 2026It was my first time using this laundromat and Glenn greeted me right away. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean everything was. Glenn was friendly and knowledgeable! While I’m bummed my dryer broke, I’m glad to know this clean and accommodating place is available to use!Posted on Google
Gloria23 August 2026First time doing the drop off and pick up service. Absolutely great service, Pam is an excellent and helpful worker. Always delivers 100 percent customer service. Me and my boys appreciate her so much. She went above and beyond taking consideration not to put everything into a big heavy bag and that was so thoughtful and helpful as we have 4 flights of stairs to take our clothes up. Definitely will be using this service again! We would love to leave her a tip next time, just did not see it on the app. I will look into it again, maybe we missed it.Posted on Google
Kos Oss18 August 2026Like it. Very clean, modern equipment. Accept cards and pay with phone.+1Posted on Google

haley patton13 August 2026I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience deserves one. Pam is, without a doubt, one of the best customer service representatives I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. A mistake happened (because let’s be honest—they do), but what truly matters is how someone responds afterward. Pam went so far above and beyond that she completely turned the situation around. She reached out to me on her own personal time just to make sure the issue wasn’t forgotten and that everything was being taken care of. She genuinely cared about making things right, kept me updated every step of the way, and even offered to personally deliver our clothes to make up for the inconvenience. That level of dedication is almost unheard of these days. You can’t teach the kind of kindness, compassion, and work ethic that Pam has. She treated us like people, not just another customer, and it’s obvious she truly takes pride in what she does. Businesses are built on people like Pam. She is the reason we’ll be coming back, and management should know they have an absolute superstar on their team. If every business had someone like her, customer service would have an entirely different reputation. Thank you, Pam, for turning a frustrating situation into one that reminded us there are still genuinely amazing people out there. You are an absolute rockstar, and we appreciate you more than you know. And a special shoutout to Carolyn and the owner Michele for being there for support when needed. 100/10 stars for this business. Michele, you’ve truly curated an awesome team of people. Cheers!Posted on Google

John Lucas (Luke)13 July 2026The cleanest biggest most high tech laundromat I’ve ever been in.! Traveling in an RV and having to do laundry on the road you never know what you’re gonna find. This place is crazy amazing. Glenn Who was hard at work, was friendly and more than helpful to show you how all this equipment works. I wish all laundromats were like this one. The machines are great!Posted on Google
ashley millsip5 July 2026I give 5 stars all for Mrs. Pam. This company should feel blessed to have such and amazing worker that takes pride in her job. She is so nice and helpful. Jessica Aldridge17 May 2026Attendant was super sweet and helpful as I am not a local, but 30 mins in the dryer and about half the clothes were still damp. Meh, they will dry strewn around the car. More expensive than most places imo....$6.75 for a double load washer and $3 dollars for half the clothes to dry fully. I had 1.5 loads of clothes. They should have easily dried in 30 mins and should have cost me $2 dollars less. I can wash 2 full loads and dry fully for $10 most anywhere in the country minus AK, CA, HI.Posted on Google

Little Lady24 November 2025First and foremost I have to say Pam is SO kind. I had a ton of laundry to get done Friday evening - I ended up being at the laundromat way longer than anticipated and it was after ten when I had finally finished folding my fabrics. Pam went above and beyond by staying late for me. She was so incredibly kind and even made conversation with my fiancé and I to pass time. Second this laundromat is VERY nice. Well lit, many places to sit, and so clean. The environment is great. I noticed that Pam was cleaning the whole time I was there too. Sweeping and vacuuming. That is a huge deal to me and figured was worth mentioning. There is also different sized machines and they have so many features and options. I felt like my clothing came out very clean!! Overall I would recommend, I personally have 0 complaints.Posted on Google
Lynn Cronomiz20 November 2025This is by far the nicest laundromat I have ever visited. I have big blankets that won’t fit in my washer. They have nice oversized washers and dryers. For $7.25 my wash was done in 20 minutes. For 50 cents my clothes were dry in 6 minutes. The place is open for one year and it is immaculately clean too.+1Posted on Google

Located in a safe area, and there is no riff raff in the place--and staff would not tolerate such behavior. I would feel very comfortable if my girlfriend came here alone to do laundry. Can pay with your debit card, so you don't need a pocket full of quarters. Why would you go anywhere else?Posted on Google
Cortney Marinello21 October 2025I can't speak highly enough of Michelle and Glenn and the employees at Luxe Laundrymat. Great for comforters/blankets, etc. The employees are professional and helpful. The machines take cc cards which is convenient. Very clean laundromat and trash cans everywhere. A lot of folding tables. I didn't get a chance to get the “first time customers use dryer for the free” deal. Apparently I had to sign up to something; J didn't see a sign up link on the website. Alyssa Hummel19 August 2024This is hands down the best laundromat in berks county! I been coming here weekly for a few months now and never had any issues, always had a pleasant experience. The place is huge and has plenty of machines, tables, and carts which is a huge bonus! There's always a human attendant there to help you with anything you need and they're always nice, welcoming, and helpful. You can pay with card or cash so no more quarters either which is great. All the machines work great and they are always clean, the whole place is always clean. There's plenty different size washers and dryers to fit every need and the prices on them are the same as anywhere else so you pay no more for a better machine and experience. The location is great too, It's located in a Plaza next to a Redners store too so if u need anything while here u can go there to get it, there's also a dollar tree and restaurants there too so u have everything you need in walking distance. I highly recommend checking this place out if u haven't yet, you won't be disappointed! I know I'm so happy I found this place!Posted on Google

bella sigmund1 July 2024For those who are blessed to have a washer and dryer at home, you understand that when you get back from trips you have about 6 loads of sandy clothes and towels to wash. Because of this I always try and make it to a laundromat to knock it out in less loads. Luxe just opened and it was my first time here today. When I found out that I can use my debit card for fast transaction I was sold! Furthermore- the space is incredibly clean, washers and dryers are big, perfect for big loads, and the staff is so helpful. 100% recommend and will be back.Posted on Google

Tara Heller14 June 2024I came to the laundromat this afternoon on the recommendation of my girlfriend who lives in the area… I needed to wash comforters that do not fit in my own washer… This place is gorgeous… Completely immaculate… Nice air conditioning nice sliding doors when you are trying to carry all of your heavy laundry in… Which made it very convenient! There are various sizes of washers and dryers to choose from and everything is electronic, which was super nice because I was counting on breaking five dollar bills in the old change machines to do my wash lol… It was great - easy… Just pay with your credit card right on the machine… They have a nice counter there where you can work from your laptop or even read a book, coffee . I was greeted by the owner Michelle -who was super friendly and super helpful as well as Orlando -he was nice enough to keep my laundry liquid at the desk - while I shopped in the shopping center… When you think of a public laundromat, it’s easy to get a little “ sleeved out” - honestly, this was the complete opposite… I will spend the extra 10 minutes to come here just because of the cleanliness and friendliness!!Posted on Google
